Enjoy a visit to the city of Lima, which is characterized by visiting colonial sites, modern sites and archaeological sites of pre-Inca cultures, and you can enjoy an ecological tour of the Naca lines, and the Ballestas Islands.
In Cusco, you can visit the city of Cusco and its tourist sites widely recognized by travelers around the world, also enjoy a tour of the Sacred Valley, Pisac and Ollantaytambo, as well as a visit to Chincheros. Then on the 5th day you can visit the wonderful city of the Incas “Machupicchu“, enjoy a day discovering the lost city of the Incas.
In Cusco you will have a day of Adventure by our world famous Rafting by the Urubamba River and then enjoy our “CUSIPATA RIVER LODGE”.

Itinerary
Upon your arrival, we will wait for your in the airport to bring you to the hotel
In the afternoon, you’ll head out for a fully guided sightseeing tour of Lima´s historical center, your first stop will be made at Love Park (also known as the “Parque del Amor”). From here, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. You’ll also see “Huaca Pucllana” which is also located in Miraflores. As your guided sightseeing tour continues, you’ll visit the modern part of Lima which boasts an old pre-Inca shrine called “Huaca Huallamarca”, located in the residential area of San Isidro. Next, visit Lima’s main square, where you’ll view the Presidential and Municipal palaces and the main Cathedral. You’ll have the opportunity to enter the Cathedral, which holds the tomb of the Spanish Conquistador Francisco Pizarro.
04:15 am. Pick up from your hotel. Departure from Lima to Paracas by private car, 3 hours drive South Pan-American Highway.
08:00 am. Visit Ballestas Islands, A motorized boat will take you to the Ballestas Islands, On the way back there will be an opportunity to see the “Candelabro“, or Chandelier, a giant figure marked in the sand in the style of the Nazca lines.
After 2 hours we will return to Paracas harbor.
11:00 am. Transfer by private car to Nazca airport to take the overflight to the enigmatic Lines of The Pampa de Nazca, it will be seen the geometrical anthropomorphically and humanoid marking. Are to remark The Monkey, The Spider and others, which have a size from 15 to 250 meters, each one, Is the largest astronomic calendar in the world.
Approximately 30 minutes overflight.
Return to Lima, arrival at night
Upon arrival to Cusco, a transfer from the airport to your hotel, to rest and acclimatize to the 11,000 feet altitude. In the afternoon, you will do a tour of the city Tour.
This circuit we initiate with the gathering of the tourists of its hotels to visit the following attractive Archaeological and Religious places:
- The Cathedral. – Colonial religious Monument of extraordinary artistic value,
with its fabulous paintings and works “bread of gold”, wood carved and covered with worked silver. - Temple of Koricancha. – “Temple of the Sun” its perfect architecture and the construction of stone reflects the fact that was the most important temple of the Inca empire.
- Sacsayhuaman. – This construction is attributed to the Incas of the last dynasties; it is located to 3 km of Cusco, in the high part. According to the announcers, it was a solar portable altar; this temple was constructed with great limestone stone blocks to protect the city from the attacks of the invaders of the east or Antis. Sacsayhuaman (in quechua) is formed for three great terraces superposed in zigzag form and bordered by enormous rock walls.
- Qenqo. – Located to 1 kilometer from Sacsayhuaman, it was a ceremonial center since a giant monolith, of an animal is possibly appraised in the central part, that it was the main deity, where offerings were placed. In the inferior part, are other hornacinas and an altar that was used to perhaps embalm bodies or for sacrifices dedicated to their Gods.
- PucaPucara. – Old inn, sentry post throughout the Inca ways.
Its construction is of rustic type conformed by side streets, houses, and patios. - Tambomachay. – It is located to 9 km of the city, known as the baths of the Inca by the form of their water sources, it also could be a temple dedicated to the cult of the water and purification for Inca. It has three platforms where offerings were placed.
At 8.30am, we pick you up from your hotel and take you to the start of the tour. We travel from Cusco, past Saqsaywaman over the mountains towards the Sacred Valley.
We descend 1500 feet to the valley floor, where we find ourselves by the sacred Urubamba River and the village of Pisac. In Pisac, we stop to visit a traditional market, where you can browse and buy some local souvenirs if desired. We will spend about 30 minutes here.
Then, we drive up to the ruins of Pisac. Here, we explore the extensive ruins whilst enjoying stunning views over the valley. You will be given a guided tour of the Citadel of Pisac, in which we will see temples, homes, altars, carvings, tunnels, caves and the famous Intihuatana, “The hitching post of the sun”.
We have about 90 minutes to explore the ruins. For those who would prefer to spend more time in the market instead of visiting the ruins, advise your guide so he can organize a time and place to pick you up when returning through the market. We continue on towards Urubamba, where we make a stop for lunch. A 30 minute drive takes us to Ollantaytambo, which is surrounded by the sacred mountains.
Here, we will spend about an hour. In Ollantaytambo, we get further exposure to Incan constructions, mainly the amazing temple of the sun, enormous blocks of rock perfectly carved and polished, stone wáter fountains, stairs and terraces. We also get to see the beauty of the local people in their traditional dress surrounded by the sacred mountains and Valley of Patacancha and Willoq. On our return, we make a visit to the famous church and archaeological site in Chincheros. We return to Cusco at about 6:30-7pm
Early in the morning transfer from your hotel to the train station to catch the train to Aguas Calientes , for a full day tour of Machu Picchu, this legendary “Lost City of the Incas” was hidden for centuries by the jungle and rediscovered in 1911 by Hiran Bigman The cities astronomical observatory (Intihuatana) is the only one known in existence. Many beautiful temples, terraces and intricate stone work.
Afternoon return to Cusco, lunch included.

DIA 7: Full Day Vinicunca/ Return Cusco:
After the breaksfast we Departure at 7:00 am, driving over a scenic dirt road for 1 hour , to the start of our trek to RAINBOW MOUNTAIN , a valley located at 4,900 meters above sea level. This formation is due to a composition of various minerals that make up the different colors right in the middle of a red mountain. This is a magnificent site, There is nothing like it. After taking pictures and enjoying the breathtaking scenery, we will have lunch and continue our drive back to Cusco, arriving in the afternoon.
Transfer Transfer to the airport for your flight to Lima and then home. (B)
