CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION POLICIES
Dear Traveler:
Our policy is of total dedication to customer satisfaction. We accept Visa , Master, American Express credit cards for payment ON LINE, with the PAY PAL SYSTEM.
Once you have done this deposit, by e-mail we will be sending your Invoice and Voucher.
The Balance could be due at our offices in Cusco upon your arrival or by PAY PAL, before the departure on your trip. It can either by paid in Cash, Travelers Check or Credit card Visa or Master. Please take notice , that according to Peruvian Banking Laws, when you pay with credit cards there is a surcharge of 3% to 5% depending on the type of card. With Travelers checks the sur-charge is 2%.
-- HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION --
1- First send us an e-mail, to chando@mayuc.com, or info@mayuc.com ,asking for availability of space on the trip of your choice. Especially if it is for the Traditional Inca Trail. We will respond within 24 hours.
2- Once we have confirm the availability of space, please send us your full name and passport number asap, specially for the Inca Trail trips that due to limited numbers of people allow per day there is 90 to 120 day advance confirmation need it.
By doing your reservation ON LINE, your Reservation - Payment will be encrypted and sent via the PAY PAL ,for your security. Please note that PAY PAL DOES NOT send us your credit card information, it goes directly to your Bank.
3- Once we receive notice of your deposit we will send your an Invoice and Voucher.
4- We will need, your full name and valid passport , and it has to be the same one that you will bring for your trip to the Inca Trail. We are to get you a permit for the Inca trail. Since we are an authorize Operator. Depending on availability of permits.Once we do this, the UGM (Government entity that provides the permits) Does Not , give you a refund in case of cancelation, for what ever reason.
This means that we will Not be able to refund you, any amount in case of cancelation for the Inca Trail. In all of our other trekking, rafting or jungle programs we do not have this problem.
We strongly advise you to get a Cancelation Insurance Policy.
***30 days prior to the departure on any Inca Trail trip, or any of our trekking, Raftiung or jungle trips ,we will need an additional 50% deposit in our USA account at:

5- Once you have sent the 50% deposit to our bank account please inform us of this transaction to our e-mail: chando@mayuc.com or info@mayuc.com and send us a scand copy of deposit or by fax to: 51-84-232666.
6- For any other trek that does Not involve the Inca Trail , Jungle tour , White Water Rafting , a notice of Cancellation is required at least 30 days prior to arrival to be able to get a 50% refund.
7- Airline or Train tickets or Hotel reservations , refunds are subject to the services providers refund policy.
8- The company Mayuc, Cusco, and/or their agents act only as agents for the Passengers in regard to travel whether by car, boat, raft, horse or airplane and assume No Liability for injury, damage, loss , accident delay or irregularity that maybe cause defect of vehicle, riots, bad power or any act of God. We can not accept any responsibility for losses or extra costs incurre due to delays of flight, sickness, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes. All such expenses will have to be born by the passengers as tour rates provide arrangements only for the time stated.
No refund will be possible for any unused portion of the trip. The company is not liable for lose or damage to luggage or other property or for injury or illness, fatal or otherwise incurred by the client.
