Following this ancient Inca trail, you will be walking past mysterious archaeological sites half-cloaked in jungle overgrowth that makes it look like you are discovering them for the first time. Finally, we arrive at the "Lost City" of the Incas, Machupicchu, one of the world´s most beautiful and important archaeological sites.
As we stroll through the many temples, altars, terraces, fountains and chambers, all displaying intricate stonework, you will get a clear picture of what the Inca world must have been like.
Experienced guides will conduct our journey, ensuring both a pleasant and safe trip. Native “Quechua” porters will carry your luggage and culinary experts will prepare delicious meals.
We are proud to say that we run Ecological safe trips and that we try to recycle everything possible. For instance all the organic left overs from the trips are collected and taken back to Cusco were it gets mixed with the manure of our egg producing chickens and rabbit manure , so we make compost. After some time we mixed it california worms and produce Humus. Later on this is used as a natural fertilizer in our green houses to produce vegetables , irrigated with clean water , so they are organically grown . Such as our lettuces , cucumbers, onions, potatoes, cilantro , basil, spinach, beats , green beans , red peppers , carrots ,etc.
All the inorganic and human waste is collected in different containers and taken back to Cusco , to be disposed of at the local dump.

With our PREMIUM system you trek at a leisure pace, camping at more secluded camps , away from the crowds, we run an ecological minded trip by taking out all the garbage including all the human waste.
You will not carry anything , except a small day pack , with your bottle water and camera.
Also , it is our policy the fair treatment of our staff and porters, providing them with good food , shelter and decent salary.
The difference between our service and that of other companies , is that the first day we camp near Llactapata a more secluded camp, other Agencies camp at Huayabamba, a small town on the trail , full of people. On the second day those agencies trek up hill all day and in the late afternoon with the last bit of energy, they go over Warmiwanusta pass 4,200 meters ( Dead women pass) , then go down to camp at Pacasmayo, again a crowded camp. With ourselves on the other hand on the second day we trek toward Huayabamba and hike up hill, camping closed to the high pass at a more secluded place , giving you more time to acclimatize . On the third day , fresh after a good night sleep, we hike up for one hour to the high pass and continue the trek all the way to Phuyupatamarca (City Above the Clouds) , the best camp on the whole trail.
On the early morning you will enjoy a magnificent Sun Rise , since you are on top of the mountain with the clouds below you. On the other hand most companies camp at Winay Wayna, much lower and most of the time that early in the morning is foggy , since you are already in the cloud forest.
