Becoming one of the greatest civilized centers of the world ,where glaciers and high jungle plus Amazonia meet. Last inca City(Golden Cradel) is the sister city of MachuPicchu, located at similar seetings above a river canyon almost unaccessible, with spectacular views and interconnected with well constructed Inca Trails
This archeological site is part of the complex system of Andean town in Vilcabamba Valley. In the time of the Incas, it was united and in communication with MachuPicchu by a complex network of trails.
Is situated in the spurs of the mountain range of SalKantay, at 3,035m.a.s.l. Surrounded by the snowcapped Apus of Yanama, Ampay, Choquetacarpo, Pumasillo, and Panta on the right site of Apurimac river in the Santa Teresa district, the convention province of the department of Cusco.

Last Inca City Trip Itinerary:
DAY 1: CUSCO / CACHORA / CHIQUISCA:
Early morning departure from Cusco . Our private transportation will take us to the town of Cachora where our mule wanglers and horses are wayting. We hike for about 5 hours down into the Apurimac Canyon camping at Chiquisca (1800 mts) (L,D)
DAY 2:CHIQUISCA / MARANPATA /CHOQUEQUIRAO:
After a good breakfast we start our strenuous hike up hill for about 5 hours to our lunch spot at Maranpata, and then for another hour and a half to Last city of the Incas, where we camp. Choquequirau ( Golden Cradle ) is considered the Sister city of MachuPicchu, because of several similarities, it hangs 1,500 meters above the Apurimac Canyon , MachuPïcchu hang above the Urubamba canyon. It is at the same latitude and it is a large citadel with more of 8 hectareas. (B,L,D)
